Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the European Union generally have 14 days after receiving an online order to tell us that they wish to withdraw from the purchase, followed by 14 days to return the goods. Contact store@ministryofnumerology.com before returning an item so we can provide the correct return instructions.

The customer normally pays the direct return shipping cost. Where required by law, we refund the purchase price and the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered. We may wait to issue the refund until the item is returned or you provide evidence that it has been sent.

Personalized products

The statutory withdrawal right may not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized. This exception is used only when the product was genuinely customized for you, not merely because an otherwise standard product was produced after purchase.

Return condition

You may inspect an item as you would in a physical shop. You can be responsible for a reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Your statutory rights are not limited by this policy. Consumers in the European Union have a minimum two-year legal guarantee for goods that are faulty or do not match their description. Contact us with your order number and clear photographs where relevant. Depending on the circumstances, the appropriate remedy can be repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund.
