Shipping policy

Made-to-order production

Our products are made after an order is placed. The estimated production and delivery information shown on the product page or at checkout applies to your order. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly agreed otherwise.

Shipping charges

Available shipping methods and their prices are displayed at checkout before payment. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout after the order ships. Tracking can take a short time to update after the shipping label is created.

Customs and import charges

Orders shipped across borders may be subject to local VAT, customs duties or handling charges unless checkout states that these are included. These charges are determined by the destination country.

Missing or damaged deliveries

Contact store@ministryofnumerology.com with your order number if a parcel is substantially delayed, arrives damaged or does not match the order. We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you where applicable law requires.
